HP LaserJet Pro P1102w Review

HP LaserJet Pro P1102 touches all the right bases monkey personal color laser. It is small, light, fast and provides sufficient production of high quality in all areas. It is also cheaper than the HP LaserJet P1006 printer edge, replacing the printer, but with increasing speed and print quality, and add Wi-Fi standard, so you can easily share. P1006 as before, and P1102 smaller and lighter than many inkjet is an important consideration if you need a printer that does not take up too much desktop real estate. P1102 measures just 7.7 by 13.7 by 9.4 inches (HWD) and weighs 11.6 pounds.

As you might expect from its small size, the printer paper offers a limited capacity, a 150-sheet main tray. And it should be enough for larger personal use, but a little less if you take advantage of Wi-Fi to share a printer between two or more people. If you record the total number of more than about 30 pages per day, and will fill the pan more than once a week, which can be annoying task.

I installed the printer via a USB connection on the Windows Vista operating system. However, if you have an unusual need for small font, or the need for an output of the electronic edition of higher quality printing, you should not have any complaints about the text.

Graphics quality is really typical monochrome laser, good enough internal business use, but much less than most people want quality marketing materials or other products that need a fully professional. Among other issues, and I saw a clear frequency in granular form and clear, and in some graphics, and the solid gray area unwanted dark rings. Printer also has some problems with a thin line, but is a common problem. A thin line P1102 deal with reality better than many printers.

Images are also typical monochrome laser. They are good enough to print a web page with images on them. Depending on how demanding you are, you may think you are good enough in customer newsletters or something like that.

If you do not want to print enough to cover the cost per page for this issue, P1102 balance of small, fast production size, and high enough quality makes reasonably good choice personal printer in the size of the office or a shared printer office with only two or three people. But certainly also look at the Brother HL-2170W.

They correspond to each of the printers closely in many ways, and with the same speed, price and quality production, but the quality of HL-2170W text to present a paper on a little better, with paper tray 250 sheets and one page of the manual feed slot. On the other hand, and Brother printers are also slightly larger and heavier, so that the choice between the two is largely if you prefer a paper capacity or a small printer.
